Turnaround Time

TERMS OF SERVICE
Payments

Commissions with a final price below $350 USD are 100% upfront.Anything above $350 USD is 50% upfront, you will have 7-14 days to pay the other 50%, unless otherwise negotiated. I will complete half of the piece and will continue the rest of the illustration once the other 50% of the payment is confirmed fully paid.Failure to pay the second half of the payment will result in cancellation of your commission. I will keep the initial 50% payment and you will receive the work that has been completed up until that point.
Revisions

All revisions are to be done during the sketch phase or before lining. Minor revisions like color adjustment are acceptable afterwards. Once the piece is completed, any revisions will cost extra.Clients are allowed 3 free revisions and it must be done in the sketch phase. Additional revisions are $10 USD each. Additional revisions after the sketch phase vary between $20-50 USD each, depending on the revision.

Intellectual Property Rights

I retains the copyright of the artwork. Modification of my work is strictly prohibited. Using my artwork for any artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning or similar algorithms, or NFT/blockchain technology is prohibited.Commercial use is prohibited and will result in seizing of any monetary profits made using my work, unless otherwise negotiated.
Refunds

If I have not begun your piece after 1 month from when payment was confirmed, you may request a full refund. If I have already sketched your piece, you will only receive 50% as a refund. Anything past the sketch phase is non-refundable.
Communication

I will do my best to keep clients updated on their piece anytime I get to it. Please refrain from checking in and asking for updates too frequently, I have other obligations, in my work and outside of it, that take up my time.Please remember that I am doing a professional service. I don't mind idle chatter here and there, but understand that we are not friends, this is still a job for me and I often don't have time to socialize and get to know all of my clients personally.
